This wine is dedicated to friends and loved people, to the lovers of the Langhe and of good wines. Its ruby red is the color of the celebrations and vitality, its spicy scent contains nuances of raspberries, currants and blackberries that amaze at every sip.
Although it is already elegant when young, it does not refuse a few years more of aging in the cellar to develop all its potential and continue to raise pleasure and desire.

Vinification: Crushing and destemming; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Maceration on the skins for 8 days, with daily pumping of the must over the cap.

Our Langhe D.O.C. Rosso was thought for convivial moments with friends, dinners on Saturday night, Sunday barbecues in the mountains or in the hills, for celebrations.
Therefore it is a wine that is suited to roasted meats, to simple but succulent main curses like spaghetti carbonara or mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses.
Robust, productive, deep red color, is the most widespread grape variety in Piedmont, both for surface and for the territory.
