Denomination: Piemonte D.O.C. Dolcetto.
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto.
Area of production: Piedmont.
Vinification: Crushing and destemming; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Maceration on the skins for 6 days, with daily pumping of the must over the cap.
Refining: Matured in stainless steel tanks.
Cellar life: 2 years.
Fresh sausages, white poultry meat, fresh cheeses, are all dishes that can match our Piedmonte D.O.C. Dolcetto, expression of the native grape of our hills.
It is a native vine of lower Piedmont, which takes the name from the sweetness of its fruit, but turns into a dry wine, usually fresh and easy to drink.
