A very rare and noble white, the son of ancient native vine Favorita, grown both in the ground of Langhe hills and Roero, located on the left side of Tanaro river.
It’s rich in exotic and citrus aromas, the taste is slightly salty, very fresh and with a pleasantly bitter finish. It’s a wine for winelovers, with sophisticated scents and perfect for a different evening.

Grape variety: 100% Favorita.
Area of production: Langhe.
Vinification: Pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18° -20° C. Aging in stainless steel for 4 months.
Refining: Matured in stainless steel.
Cellar life: 2 years.
The Langhe D.O.C. Favorita is a wine to be consumed young to appreciate its freshness. At the table elegantly accompanies the delicate starters, especially fish, vegetables and white meat.
Grapes “Favorita” was appreciated as table grapes and the wine was often used by blending with other local red wines, such as Nebbiolo and Barbera.
