Vinification: Crushing and destemming; cold maceration for 24 hours and pressing soft at controlled temperature of 2° C.
Refining: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks pressurized to 8 days. A months further refinement of yeasts. Filtration and bottling at low temperatures.
Cellar life: 2 years
