Its pale straw color reminds the bright glare of the sea that vibrates in the horizon, its scents of citrus and mineral notes refer to the warm wind of the hill, where it’s nice to be messing hair, freeing thoughts. A pleasant wine that becomes protagonist at happyhour as well as at dinner with fish and shellfish dishes.

Perfect for an aperitif, this wine goes well with more exotic dishes, not necessarily belonging to the Piedmontese cuisine, such as a sushi or tempura.
A classic combination, then, is the one with the grilled fish and shellfish, but also with blue cheeses and seasonal salads.
It’s a quite difficult to cultivate as it is little robust and requires very favorable climatic conditions.
