This innovative brut sparkling wine is very well adaptable to various situations. It can be drunk at the aperitif hour, in combination with finger food made with fresh cheese, canapés with omelets or with vegetables flavored with balsamic vinegar, fried fish skewer or with flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano.

The name derives from the fact that the harvest of nebbiolo is the last one, usually in October, when there is fog (in Italian “nebbia”), or because the berries are covered with a sort of patina, “pruina”, which would remember the haze.
