Denomination: Piemonte D.O.C. Dolcetto Frizzante.
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto.
Area of production: Piedmont.
Vinification: Crushing and destemming; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Maceration on the skins for 6 days, with daily pumping of the must over the cap.
Refining: Refermentation in autoclave at 2 atmospheres.
Cellar life: 2 years.
